Types of Reports

The type of report chosen depends on the report's purpose and cost. The reports are listed in terms of time it takes to complete the report, which influences the cost.

The type of report does not change the evaluation pillars. Background information, interviews, clinical observations, and comprehensive testing in the area of the suspected disability are the same for each type of report.

Diagnostic Letter Report

A Diagnostic Letter Report is a one-page report documenting a diagnosis and the most critical recommendations, interventions, and accommodations.

Psychoeducational Education Summary Report

A Psychoeducational Education Summary Report is a two- to three-page report that summarizes critical background information, essential results of testing, diagnostic conclusions, and the most pressing recommendations, interventions, and accommodations.

Psychoeducational Comprehensive Report

A Psychoeducational Comprehensive Report is a report that documents background information, detailed assessment results, diagnostic conclusions, and in-depth recommendations, interventions, and accommodations.
